The blog has added a new page. On this page we list some general software tools. Most are very useful for our particular industry, but are also handy in a variety of areas. Enjoy, and any feedback (and, especially, additions) may be made via the comments section.

Blogging LegalTech West 2008

Posted by rjbiii on June 26, 2008

Sorry for being inactive; I’ve been traveling. I’m currently in L.A. at LegalTech West, and have attended a couple of presentations on the first day. I’ll post my impressions later tonight. First, however, duty calls in the form of dinner with a number of clients…sometimes the duty isn’t half bad!

Hiatus, obviously

Posted by rjbiii on January 28, 2008

Sorry about the lack of posts. I have been immersed in study for the Bar Exam in February, so posts will be rare until the end of February. Sorry about the lack of notice, but I hope you’ll understand. Post Process will return to normal activity soon, with an updated bibliography, and more on E-Discovery Pitfalls, Effectively Managaging E-Discovery, and Case blurbs.

Thank you for your patience…

New Page up on Post Process

Posted by rjbiii on October 2, 2007

We’ve just published a new page on our site, a (fairly comprehensive) bibliography of case law. It may not be 100% complete, but it’s a great starting place. We’ll continue to add to it, and update it. We intend to add links to various statutes, rules and guidelines (especially those of the states). Future plans include resources that discuss more technical issues. Enjoy the new page, please point out any errors you discover, and let us have any suggestions or comments!
